Item options not indicated on website
By soup4u
Students in my college class ordered this from Amazon with the expectation that it would come with the reader/CD, however, the book came without. The information on your website should indicate that there are two different purchase options, and whether the book comes with or without the reader/CD.

No CD even though it's brand new...
By K.R.
I'm VERY disappointed that Amazon did not specify that this book did NOT contain the CD even when you buy it new. This is the book needed by everyone beginning the teaching program at my school. Now the majority of us are not fully prepared because of the lack of information. So much for planning early and buying books before classes start.

Very Upset - CD missing
By girlie780
There was supposed to be a CD included and I bought this book new, so I thought that it would have the CD for sure and it does not. My class starts in 5 days and I don't have time to order another book. Amazon did not indicate to me that there would not be a CD included and for that reason I'm giving this product a bad review.
